Sometimes we’re looking for a safe place where we can be seen, heard, and validated. We want someone to hold space for us without judgment or blame. We also may want a road map. Someone who can guide us based on their lived experiences or professional expertise.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in trauma-informed care with a person-centered and holistic approach. This means I meet you where you are. I understand there are many ways to live life and there are many paths to happiness.

I focus primarily on anxiety, depression, trauma (including race-based and gender-identity-based trauma), grief and loss, and self-esteem. I hope to help you reclaim your power and rediscover your joy!
