Hello, I’m Tosin!
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My passion for helping others is rooted in the belief that healing is possible, meaningful change can happen, and no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My areas of interest include youth development, trauma and generational trauma, inner child healing, attachment, interpersonal relationships, mood instability, and emotional regulation. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be affecting their well-being, and develop healthier ways of managing emotions and building meaningful connections.
My experience working with young people has deepened my understanding of the importance of emotional development, resilience, and having supportive relationships. I recognize that our early experiences can shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and respond to life’s challenges. Through therapy, I hope to help clients explore these experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward greater emotional balance and personal growth.
As a Nigerian immigrant, I bring a personal appreciation for the ways culture, identity, family dynamics, and lived experiences influence mental health. I value multiculturalism and intersectionality and am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming therapeutic environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and AAPI communities.
Above all, my goal is to meet you where you are, honor your unique experiences, and support you in becoming the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
I work with Children (6+), Adolescents, Teens, Young Adults (18-25), and Families in the following areas:
