It’s not always easy to name what hurts or to know where to begin. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity questions, or relationship stress, I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are and take things one step at a time.

I believe healing happens in relationships where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience. My integrative style supports insight, healing, and growth at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is to offer a therapeutic space that meets you where you are—whether you’re seeking clarity, tools for coping, or a safe place to process life’s challenges—and to walk alongside you as you move toward the life you want.
